What is the quality level of jewelry you are manufacturing?

We always keep communicating with customers closely for the products and make sure we understand each other very well. And then treat the products exactly same as customers need. All the details will be polished or well treated as requirements. Mirror polishing without any scratches or defects.

Yes, you can. Please feel free to contact us for that.

How much for shipping fee?

The Shipping fee would be different depending on weight or volume of the package. Different order quantity, the shipping fee will be different accordingly.

How do you ship the products?

Shippping by DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS/TNT express usually. We have own shipping freight forwarder, good price and fast delivery.

How long do you need for production? Or what's your production lead time?

a. Sample production usually needs 7-10 business days; b. Mass production needs about 20-30 business days.It depends on the complexity of the styles.

What are the payment term and payment methods?

a. Need 100% payment for sample orders before sampling production b. 30%T/T for mass production. 30% deposit is needed before production starting, and 70% balance right before shipment c. Accept payment by PayPal, Western Union, Telegraph Transfer(Wire Transfer) and Credit card through Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Do you offer OEM service?

Definitely yes. We are good at producing customized jewelry items. Such as Rings, Bracelets, Earrings, Pendants and necklaces. Please feel free to send us drawing, pictures, sketches or samples for custom made jewelry items, especially for Titanium, 316L stainless steel, Tungsten and Cobalt chrome material.
